General information on shipping:
The shipping costs depend on the size of the packaging and the weight of the shipment. The standard shipping costs therefore do not apply to all products. The respective shipping costs can be seen by clicking on the label "plus shipping costs" below the price for the respective product or by displaying it in the shopping cart.
When combining different products, the shipping costs will be based on the product with the highest shipping cost.
For an accelerated delivery in urgent cases, please add the note "urgently" in the shopping cart under comments. There is no additional charge for this.
Standard shipping costs for shower seals and shower profiles in Germany:
6.90 € including VAT Flat rate per delivery or shopping cart for 100 cm length.
9.90 € including VAT Flat rate per delivery or shopping cart for a length of 201 cm.
The standard shipping costs of € 6.90 for Germany and € 11.90 for Austria only apply to the selection of door seals and surge profiles with a length of 100 cm. If a seal with a length of 200 cm is added, the freight changes to € 9.90 for Germany and € 18.50 for Austria.
Special notes on shipping abroad:
For shipments to EU countries that are not specified by us, the order can only be placed when "Invoice" is selected. In these cases we will send you an invoice with the actual freight costs by e-mail in advance. This invoice must be transferred before the goods are delivered.
A delivery address in Germany is required for orders from Switzerland. A direct delivery to Switzerland is generally not possible.

With Sofortüberweisung you can make the payment directly from your bank account. Please have your online banking data (PIN / TAN) ready. No further registration is necessary with this payment system. It is a payment system certified by TÜV Saarland with verified data protection.

If you select this payment method, the next step is to be forwarded to PayPal. If the required data has been entered there, it automatically goes back to this shop to confirm and complete the order on the last page.

Payment must be made within 8 days of the invoice date, stating the invoice number. If the specified payment term is exceeded, dunning costs and default interest are due immediately. In individual cases we reserve the right to deliver the goods only after a down payment or after payment in advance.
You will receive the invoice on the day of dispatch of the goods by e-mail and in paper form together with the goods. As a rule, the invoice is in a red shipping envelope on the packaging. The invoice will only be sent separately by post if the delivery address is different.for payment in advance
Please transfer the amount in advance to the specified account, stating the order number. We only send the goods after receipt of payment. You will then receive the corresponding invoice with the delivery of the goods or by e-mail on the day of dispatch.
Upon collection
Collection is only possible by prior appointment.
Cash on delivery
Attention: When paying by cash on delivery, additional fees of € 15.00 apply directly upon delivery.
Returns
How do returns work?
The customer has ordered the wrong goods or has ordered too many or has ordered a selection.
The customer takes full care of the return. Our return form must be filled out and enclosed with the shipment. The customer bears the return costs for incorrectly ordered goods or too many goods or for orders to choose from. After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a correction of the invoice (credit note). The original invoice must be paid in advance. The purchase amount will be reimbursed depending on the originally selected payment method. In the case of PayPal payments, the refund will be made via PayPal. For all other payment methods, we need your bank details with IBAN number for reimbursement.
After the customer has given us prior written notification by e-mail, we can also use a parcel service to collect the wrongly or excessively ordered goods. In the case of shower door seals and shower profiles up to 200 cm in length, the return costs of € 16.90 must be paid in advance by PayPal or bank transfer. For a length of 200 to 250 cm, the return costs to be paid in advance are € 25.90. After receipt of payment of the return costs, we will arrange the return via a shipping service provider.
The following procedure is possible for us to collect the goods:
The registration of a retrieval is sent to us by e-mail.
An invoice for the return of the goods over € 16.90 (up to 200 cm) / € 25.90 (up to 250 cm) will be created by us and sent to you by e-mail.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or, if desired, by PayPal payment request (we will send this to you via PayPal).
The original invoice for the shipment must also have already been paid or paid in advance. The value of the returned goods will be refunded after they have been received and checked.
We will send you a shipping label and a return form for submission to a parcel shop by e-mail.
We receive the goods. A credit is issued when the goods are in order.
The amount of the returned goods will be refunded.
